How fast will my order get to me?
Preorders take a bit longer—check the product description for the timeline. Sometimes life throws a curveball and it might take a little more time, but if that happens, we’ll give you a heads-up.
Do you have my size?
We’ve got you covered! Our weekly New Arrivals typically come in XS–3X, and we add fresh styles every Thursday. Check each product for exact sizes — we want you to find your perfect fit and feel amazing!
Can I return something if it’s not right?
We want you to love what you get! If you’re not 100% happy, you can return eligible full-priced items for store credit (just keep them unworn and unwashed). Final sale stuff—like sale items, accessories, and preorders—can’t be returned. For the full scoop, check our Shipping & Returns page.
My package tracking says “delivered” but it’s MIA — help!
First, check with your neighbors and local post office. Still no luck? Hit us up! We’ll help you start a claim with the carrier. Heads up: once your package is scanned by the carrier, it’s out of our hands.
