SHIPPING & RETURNS
We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help! Please read our policy below to ensure your return or pre-order process goes smoothly.
Preorders
Turnaround Time: The expected processing time for pre-order items is listed in the product description.
• Pre-order items are custom ordered for each customer and are non-refundable. These items are labeled “Preorder” in the product description and at checkout.
• When you order both in-stock and pre-order items together, they will ship separately. You’ll see a split shipping notification at checkout.
• Pre-order items are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival to our warehouse.
• We’re not responsible for shipping delays or issues related to delivery once your preorder item has been shipped. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to this policy.
Final Sale - Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
• Preorder or presale items
• Discounted or sale items
• Items purchased with a coupon code
• Holiday apparel
• Intimates (seamless tops, bodysuits, bralettes, leggings, etc.)
• Accessories and jewelry
• Gift cards
• International orders
Shipping
• All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
• You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.
• Free Shipping on orders over $100 (domestic only).
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! We accept returns for store credit on full-priced (non-preordered) items. Sale items, discounted items, and items listed above as final sale are not eligible for return.
• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during return shipping.
To Return an Item:
1. Check Eligibility: Ensure the item is eligible for return (not final sale).
2. Contact Us: Email us at shoppiperandpoppy@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. Return Shipping: We will provide a return shipping label (the cost of which will be deducted from your store credit) or you can purchase a label from another provider.
4. Return Processing: Ship the items to the address we provide.
5. Return Timeframe: Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return and 7-10 business days for us to process your store credit.
Important Notes
• Final Sale items cannot be returned.
• Returned items must be in original, unused condition. Defective items or items returned in unsellable condition will be returned to you, and a shipping fee will be charged.
• Store credit will be issued via email and applied to the account used at checkout.
What Happens If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?
• Once your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it.
• If your package goes missing, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with locating it. If it’s lost, we can file a claim or offer store credit.
What If I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?
• If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you.
• You’ll need to cover the reshipping cost, and we’ll send it to the correct address.
• To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping info at checkout!
Order Cancellations
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If the order is not final sale and has not shipped yet, we can issue store credit.
• If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to return it to us for store credit.
