Shipping & Returns
We want you to absolutely love your order—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the info below carefully so your return or preorder goes smoothly and without surprises.
Preorders
- Turnaround time is listed in each product description.
- Preorders are custom ordered just for you and are non-refundable unless damaged when they arrive to us.

Items marked as “Preorder” at checkout will ship separately from any in-stock items. You’ll see this at checkout.

Delays can happen. If your item is running behind, we’ll reach out—but by purchasing a preorder, you agree to the timeline and understand delays are out of our hands once shipped.
- We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered preorder shipments once scanned by the carrier.
Graphic Tees + Crews

All graphic tees and crews are printed to order. Please allow up to 20 business days for production, not including shipping.

Once tracking shows your order as “shipped,” it’s in the carrier’s hands—we’re not responsible for delays or lost packages.
- If your package shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office first, then reach out—we’re happy to help you file a claim.
Final Sale & Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Preorder or presale items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items purchased with a coupon code
- Holiday-themed items
- Intimates (bralettes, seamless tops, bodysuits, leggings, etc.)
- Jewelry & accessories
- Gift cards
- International orders
Shipping Info

In-stock orders ship within 1–5 business days.

You’ll receive tracking via email as soon as your order ships.
- We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100.
Returns (Store Credit Only)
We accept returns for store credit only on eligible full-price items. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Sent back within 14 days of delivery
- Not listed as final sale (see above)
Return Process:
- Email us at shoppiperandpoppy@gmail.com with your order number to request a return.
- We’ll send you a return shipping label (the cost will be deducted from your store credit) — or you can use your own.
- Send your return to the address provided.
- Once received, allow 3–5 business days for us to inspect your return and 7–10 business days to issue your store credit via email.
Note: Items returned in poor condition or outside our return window will be sent back to you, and a return shipping fee will apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is scanned by the carrier, it is no longer our responsibility. This includes delays, lost packages, and deliveries marked as “delivered” that you haven't received.
If your order seems to be missing:
- First, check with neighbors and your local post office.
- If you still can’t locate it, reach out to us—we’re happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Info
Entered the wrong address at checkout?
- If your order is returned to us, we’ll contact you.
- You’ll need to pay for reshipping, and we’ll send it back to the corrected address.
- Double-check your shipping info before submitting your order—we can’t make address changes once it’s shipped.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- If your item hasn’t shipped and isn’t final sale, we can issue store credit.
- Already shipped? You’ll need to follow the return process above.
