PREORDERS:
☆ TURN AROUND TIME IS LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM
PRE-ORDERS are ALWAYS non-refundable. These items are ordered custom for each customer therefore we cannot refund. These items will say "preorder" in the product description with an expected turn around time & at checkout will show as "preorder" as the shipping profile.
When in stock items are ordered with preorder items the order will ship separately. In stock and preorder items will show a split shipping at checkout, showing they will ship separately <3
PREORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND unless damaged upon arrival to our warehouse. We are not in control of shipping delays and will not issue a refund on a preordered item due to that. By purchasing a preorder you agree to this.

SHIPPING:
☆ All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days at Piper & Poppy. You will receive an email with USPS tracking when shipped! :)
RETURNS:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns on full-priced (non preordered) items purchased on our site in exchange for store credit to Piper & Poppy. Any item marked down or bought during a promotion is FINAL SALE. Please read above to read all final sale items.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We suggest using a trackable shipping label when sending your items back, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if they do not make it back to us!
TO RETURN:
Step 1: Please make sure your order meets our return criteria on our Piper & Poppy website and is not a final sale item before you complete your return!
Step 2: Reach out to us at shoppiperandpoppy@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item. We will then either send a shipping label, which will be taken out of store credit amount (the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as stated above) or a label can be purchased outside of Piper & Poppy.
Step 3: After reach out to us, ship the items to the address provided by us.
☆ Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" on Piper & Poppy website cannot be returned.
☆ Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defective and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
☆ If you are sent a pre-paid label, the cost will be deducted from your store credit to Piper & Poppy.
☆ Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department at Piper & Poppy to process your return & store credit!
☆ You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email & account your purchase was made on.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
☆ Once a package is marked as delivered, we’re unable to take responsibility for it. To avoid issues, we recommend shipping to a secure location! If your package goes missing, let us know—we’ll do our best to help locate it!! If it’s deemed lost, we can file a claim or issue store credit!
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
☆ If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, no worries! We’ll email you once it’s back with us! You’ll need to cover the reshipping cost, and we’ll send it to the updated address! Make sure to double-check your info at checkout to avoid delays!
CANCELATIONS:
☆ Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled for a refund. If the order has not shipped, we can only issue a store credit to Piper & Poppy. If the order has shipped, then it will have to be mailed back to us for store credit at Piper & Poppy!
