PREORDERS
TURN AROUND TIME IS LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM
PRE-ORDERS are ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE. These items are ordered custom for each customer therefore we cannot refund. These items will say preorder in the description with a turn around time, will be listed under the preorder tab on our website, and will require confirmation that is understood the item is a preorder.
When in stock items are ordered with preorder items the order will not ship until the preorder has arrived. As a small business we cannot cover the costs in shipping twice on one order. Please do not combine orders if you are unable to wait.
PREORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND unless damaged upon arrival to our warehouse. We are not in control of shipping delays and will not issue a refund on a preordered item due to that. By purchasing a preorder you agree to this.

SHIPPING
☆ All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days at Piper and Poppy. You will receive an email with USPS tracking when shipped! :)
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns on full-priced items purchased on our site in exchange for store credit to Piper and Poppy. Any item marked down or bought during a promotion is FINAL SALE. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We suggest using a trackable shipping label when sending your items back, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if they do not make it back to us!
TO RETURN:
Step 1: Please make sure your order meets our return criteria on our Piper and Poppy website and is not a final sale item before you complete your return!
Step 2: Reach out to us at shoppiperandpoppy@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item. We will then either send a shipping label, which will be taken out of store credit amount (the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as stated above) or a label can be purchased outside of Piper & Poppy.
Step 3: After reach out to us, ship the items to the address provided by us.
☆ Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" on Piper and Poppy website cannot be returned.
☆ Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defective and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
☆ If you are sent a pre-paid label, the cost will be deducted from your store credit to Piper and Poppy.
☆ Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department at Piper and Poppy to process your return & store credit!
☆ You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email & account your purchase was made on.
CANCELATIONS:
☆ Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled for a refund. If the order has not shipped, we can only issue a store credit to Piper and Poppy. If the order has shipped, then it will have to be mailed back to us for store credit at Piper & Poppy!
