If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns on IN-STOCK ITEMS for store credit at Piper & Poppy. Please note, any preordered item, marked-down items, or items purchased during a promotion are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return:

Step 1: Please review our return criteria on the Piper & Poppy website to ensure your item is eligible for return and not a final sale item.

Step 2: Reach out to us at shoppiperandpoppy@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item to start the return process.

We suggest using a trackable shipping label when sending your items back, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if they do not make it back to us!
