If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns on full-priced items purchased on our site in exchange for STORE CREDIT to Piper & Poppy. Any item marked down or bought during a promotion is FINAL SALE. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We suggest using a trackable shipping label when sending your items back, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if they do not make it back to us!
